My Story and Why I Coach
I’m Kuki Shah.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to building things: businesses, communities, and people.
Across my journey, I have built, scaled, and exited businesses, worked alongside inspiring leaders, and supported others through both the highs and lows of growth. Each experience has shaped how I understand leadership and success, and one truth has always stood out: every success begins with people.
Leadership and Experience
Alongside my own entrepreneurial path, I have spent the last decade serving in leadership roles within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). From developing global leadership programs to facilitating strategy summits for chapters around the world, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders at different stages of their journey.
